蕲春高铁站新区用地规划研究毕业论文

摘 要

随着我国高铁的快速建设,高铁网络逐渐完善,不但提高人们出行效率,也深刻影响着城市的社会经济发展。高铁不仅改变了人们的交通出行方式,也对城市的空间结构、交通组织以及发展方向产生较大影响。高铁站作为城市发展的触媒,其周边地区是城市近期的发展重点,因此高铁沿线城市的相关决策部门均对高铁站新区报以极高的期望,因而增加高铁站新区的用地规模,争相开发高端商务化定位的新区。然而在高铁新区的开发建设中,部分城市存在规模过大、定位不合理、用地结构比例失衡等问题,与规划设想呈现较大反差。本文结合蕲春南站高铁新区概念性规划的编制,对高铁站新区的用地规划进行了研究和探讨,以期对高铁站新区的规模及用地结构的确定提供一些参考和依据。

蕲春南站位于蕲春县南侧,属于城市近郊的新建高铁站,当前高铁线路将许多小城市纳入了全国高铁网络,且高铁站多位于城市的新区。因此,将蕲春南站高铁新区作为实践研究的对象具有一定的意义。本文主要通过文献综述法、案例研究法和系统归纳法来探讨高铁站新区的用地规划,从现有的高铁新区案例分析入手,归纳出影响高铁新区用地的因素,分析这些因素对于高铁新区规模及用地构成的影响程度,并最终提出相应的规划策略。

论文主要包括六个章节。第一章为绪论,介绍我国当前高铁站新区建设的背景,并简要概况本文研究的内容及思路方法。第二章是对高铁站区相关理论及国内外部分研究的综述,并分析国内类似高铁站区的规划案例,总结出高铁站新区规划建设时表现出的一般性规律。第三章通过案例分析,归纳总结出影响高铁站地区用地的各类因素,并对这些影响因素进行更深层次的分析,通过案例对比论证以及数理分析与统计的方法,得出这些影响因素在用地规划中的影响程度。第四、五章以蕲春高铁站新区为例,运用之前归纳分析得出的规划思路,对蕲春县的城市概况、相关规划、城市空间关系、发展条件等进行分析。将研究结果应用到实例中,在确定功能与产业定位后,对其用地规模以及用地结构的预测进行研讨并提出建议与策略。最后是论文的总结,表述本文的主要研究内容,并提出研究的不足和展望。

Abstract

With the rapid construction of high-speed railway in China, the high-speed railway network is gradually improved, which not only improves people's travel efficiency, but also profoundly affects the social and economic development of cities. High-speed railway not only changes the way people travel, but also has a great impact on the spatial structure, transportation organization and development direction of the city. As the catalyst of urban development, the high-speed railway station and its surrounding areas are the focus of urban development in the future. Therefore, the relevant decision-making departments of the cities along the high-speed railway station all have high expectations for the new area of high-speed railway station, and set a large range of land for the site area, and rush to develop high-end business orientation. However, in the development and construction of high-speed railway new area, some cities have problems such as large scale, unreasonable positioning and unbalanced land use structure, which are quite different from the planning assumption. Based on the compilation of conceptual planning of Qichun south high-speed railway station new area, this paper studies and discusses the land use planning of new district of Qichun south high-speed railway station, with a view to providing some references and basis for the determination of the scale and land use structure of new district of Qichun south high-speed railway station.

Qichun south station is located in the south of Qichun, a new high-speed railway station belonging to the outskirts of the city. The current high-speed railway line will bring many small cities into the national high-speed rail network, and most high-speed railway stations are located in new areas of the city. Therefore, it is of certain significance to regard Qichun south station high-speed railway new area as the object of practical research. This paper mainly through the literature review method, case method and system of induction to explore new high-speed district land use planning, from the existing high-speed new district case analysis, induces the factors that influence the high speed rail new district land use analysis of these factors for high iron constitute the influence degree of the scale and land, and finally put forward corresponding planning strategy.

The thesis consists of six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which introduces the background of the current construction of new high-speed railway station in China, and gives a brief overview of the content and thinking methods of this paper. The second chapter is a summary of the theories related to high-speed railway station area and some domestic and foreign studies, and analyzes the planning cases of similar high-speed railway station area in China, and summarizes the general rules of the planning and construction of new high-speed railway station area. The third chapter summarizes various factors that affect the land use of high-speed railway stations through case analysis, and makes a deeper analysis of these factors. Through case comparison and demonstration, mathematical analysis and statistics, the influence degree of these factors in land use planning is obtained. Chapter 4 and chapter 5 take Qichun high-speed railway station new area as an example, apply the previous induction and analysis of the planning ideas, Qichun county's urban overview, related planning, urban space relations, development conditions and other analysis. The research results are applied to examples, and after determining functions and industrial positioning, the paper discusses the prediction of land use scale and land use structure and puts forward Suggestions and strategies. The last part is the summary of the paper, which describes the main content of this paper, and puts forward the deficiencies and prospects of the research.

1.1.1 我国进入高铁时代

高速铁路自出现以来就表现出强大的活力,从日本、法国的尝试,到德国和欧洲的完善,乃至全世界的普及,高铁的每一次进步,都是在不断突破运输速度的极限。2009年12月26日,总长为1069千米的京广高速铁路武广段建成通车,初期时速为350千米/小时,最高时速达380千米/小时。京广高铁的开通,意味着我国正式步入高速铁路时代。
